有失	yǒu shī	to cause a loss of (decorum, dignity etc) (used in fixed expressions)
有	yǒu	to have; there is / (bound form) having; with; -ful; -ed; -al (as in 有意 intentional)
失	shī	to lose / to miss / to fail
